Mid Autumn Festival

I've been a bit offbeat recently and losing a great deal of drive and concentration to blog.

Mid Autumn festival is otherwise known as mooncake or lantern festival. I had a wonderful and warm dinner with my extended family after I ran my errands in the afternoon. It's been awhile since I had been to such gathering since the passing of my maternal grandmother (the last surviving grandparent) since last November.


Had great fun with my cousins and went back to my uncle's place to continue the fun. I guess Grans was the main reason of family gatherings. There's a missing element and I cant find the right words to describe that feeling.


On Sunday, met up with CL and SL for dinner as well as tea and hadnt been meeting her for the longest time coz our schedule are clashing. It was a good meet-up and had passed her a couple of Chic magazines as well as her birthday pressie.

Last weekend was centered around family and frens and the gatherings were rather fulfilling. Looking forward to more of such heartwarming moments.
