Yup, this is the exact book title and was recommended by Oprah's Book Club. I thought it was a very interesting book in terms of human behaviour such as egos. This makes you reflect on your actions towards people and why people react to certain situations.
No, it's not a Christian book though there are references to Christianity and I'm a Buddhist.
Here is an excerpt from the book and think that this is meaningful.
"Dont seek happiness. If you seek it, you won't find it, because seeking is the antithesis of happiness. Happiness is ever elusive , but freedom from unhappiness is attainable now, by facing what is rather than making up stories about it. Unhappiness covers up your natural state of well-being and inner peace, the source of true happiness."
BTW, Oprah did organised online sessions discussing about this book as well. If you are keen, I think you still can join the program.
