Last evening, I was commuting via MRT at 7 plus. Honestly, I do long for silence in our MRT coz that's the time for reflection. Yet, people do talked loudly in the MRT. Quite annoying. As mentioned earlier, the silence in the MRT was broken by a lady who was arguing very loudly. It's very annoying.
That's not the end of my ordeal.
When I was heading back home, there was a man who finished his work sat beside me. Oh boy, there was a strong sourish smell oozing from him. I had to distracted myself by reading a book. In the end, I had to endure all the way back home.
Apart from this man, there was a lady who was hitting her man. Affectionate or not. The guy didnt response while this lady kept hitting him and pulling his ear. It made me reflect whether will I become abusive in later part of my life.
Yup, that's the inconveniences of taking public transport that one has to put up with. Argh!

Sensitive...
The way we present ourselves to the world is own responsibility and is often judged visually. Apart from visually, sensory is also an important component. Have you have incidents when you are seated besides somebody with a very strong body odor?
Of course, I have instances of such times when the person seated beside me was oozing out sourish body odor. Apart from commuters, there was a colleague of mine who had it.
It makes me wonder why friends of these people were so unkind and not telling them. Yes, it's a personal thing but if your friends were really friends, they would be kind enough to break the news gently to you. Instead of facing the world without noticing it. It's really sad.
I understand that it's difficult but there is a need to present yourself professional to the world. Besides, there are many brands of deodorants or other products in the market to assist in 'masking' the smell. Hence, there is no excuse of not being bothered.
As for me, I will make sure that I will spray deodorants before leaving the house. Alternatively, I will carry a trial size of perfume and go to washroom to 'smell' myself.
