After Adam's version of Mad World, it brought back nostalgia to my school days as my early days I'm heavily influenced by Brits. Perhaps, it got to be SG being a Commonwealth country. It was the best time of my time especially you know that you would be sheltered by your parents and do almost anything without having to carry the heavy responsibility of an adult.
This is also another song entitled Everybody wants to rule the world among other hits such as Woman in Chain and Shout that were done by Tears for Fears.
It's about everybody wanting power, about warfare and the misery it causes. This is so true in our current world.

Mad World ~ A Movement of Change
Mad World is covered by Adam Lambert and has attracted a different gen entirely. It was first sang by Tears for Fears.
I feel that the world is made of individualistic people who think that they could do things without any responsibilities. This is scary coz we are raising a group of people who will achieve their 'sinister' objectives at all costs and are willing to sacrifice to do so.
I fear that the day where humanity will be further divided by differences rather united based on the fact that we are in fact brothers and sisters.
The sad fact is all parents want their kids to be healthy and their views are not focused on nationalities. It is only then we realised that there are vast differences based on colors, races, nationalities, etc and all these hatred are fueled further by media propaganda and others while we are growing up. Not to forget that children are easily influenced.
The world is constantly changing and the only thing that is constant is change itself. Are you prepared for that change? Or have we ever seriously ask ourselves what we can do to make this world a better place? Coz if we dont act now esp this gen, then our future generations will have to suffer for our mistakes. We can see all these changes around the world. Dont ignore it just because it's not happening behind your backyard (almost everybody has this mentality).
Dun forget we 'borrow' our earth from our children. Now, it's the time to make this change.
